I can compliment your reserve with color... but you left wide areas of flat brownish background which must have been your canvas ground; and overall the color does not indicate distance and air. It's not exactly monochromatic, though coming close; you've just left yourself a very, very narrow range of saturations to work with, but allowed hues from all the rainbow round, at very low saturation. The result is not a real limited color scheme, it's just very chalky color. (See how the sleeve in front visually recedes so much, it seems to be much farther than the face of the girl in background.)
Your details are more than all right; your problems are in making the whole from those details.

I only think it require more depth, especially the girl in foreground. Her bust require shading(shadow) to seem more projecting ahead.
